In the Center-branch library service system, Picture Book Libraries are set up by Dongguan Library and other organizations, such as its branches, neighborhoods and kindergarten. Picture Book Libraries are theme libraries to serve juveniles for picture book reading activities. With the same logo, the same plan and the same resource sharing service model as Dongguan Library, the Picture Book Libraries are establishing juvenile reading brand of Dongguan and push forward further development of juvenile reading activities by integrating social resources and creating proper space.
      The libraries which cooperate with Dongguan Library to set up picture book libraries are Wanjiang Library, Shilong Library, Changtang Library in Dalang, Nancheng Center kindergarten and Tangxia Library.
